School Rules & Guidelines
ડી. કે. બ્રધર્સ મોટર ડ્રાઇવિંગ સ્કૂલ ના અધિકૃત નિયમો
Please read these official driving school guidelines carefully. Adherence to these policies ensures your safety, seamless RTO test clearance, and an orderly learning atmosphere.
સંપૂર્ણ અધિકૃત નિયમાવલી (13 Official Rules)
Printed on official admission cards, receipts, and notice board at DK Brother’s Ahmedabad office.
નક્કી કરેલ સમય પ્રમાણેજ તાલીમ આપવામાં આવશે.
Training will be provided strictly according to the scheduled time.
Learners must arrive punctually at their designated time slot to maintain the daily schedule.
શીખવાનો રાઉન્ડ ૩૦ મિનીટ અથવા ૫ થી ૭ કિલોમીટર જે પહેલા તે માન્ય રહેશે.
Each learning round is 30 minutes OR 5 to 7 kilometers, whichever comes first.
Once the allotted 30-minute time or 5 to 7 km distance limit is reached, the daily round is officially completed.
એક મહિનામાં તાલીમ પૂર્ણ કરવાની રહેશે.
Training course must be completed within 1 month.
All driving sessions under your enrolled package must be completed within a 30-day timeframe from enrollment.
ભરેલ રકમ કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં પરત મળવાપાત્ર નથી.
Fees or amount paid is strictly non-refundable.
Once admission or package booking is finalized, fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
તમારું નામ બીજા કોઈના નામે ટ્રાન્સફર થશે નહીં.
Course registration is non-transferable to anyone else.
Training packages are strictly non-transferable and assigned solely to the registered student.
રજા પડવાની સ્થિતિમાં ઓછામાં ઓછો ૧ દિવસ અગાઉ જાણ ફરજિયાત છે.
At least 1-day prior notice is mandatory for leave or absence.
In case of absence or leave, informing the driving school at least 1 day in advance is mandatory. Otherwise, that day is deducted from attendance.
ડ્રાઇવિંગ શીખવા આવનાર વ્યક્તિ સાથે માત્ર એક જ વ્યક્તિને પ્રવેશની મંજૂરી રહેશે.
Only one accompanying person is permitted with the learner.
To ensure focused training and in-car safety, only one accompanying person is allowed along with the learner.
તાલીમ સમયે કોઈપણ નશો કે કેફીપીણું જેવું વ્યસન કરેલ ન હોવું જોઈએ.
Zero tolerance: No intoxication or substance consumption during training.
Consuming alcohol, intoxicating substances, or addictive drugs prior to or during training is strictly prohibited for road safety.
ડ્રાઇવિંગ ટ્રેનિંગ માત્ર ડ્રાઇવિંગ સ્કૂલના નિર્ધારિત ટ્રેનિંગ વાહનમાં જ આપવામાં આવશે. ગ્રાહકના પોતાના વાહનમાં ડ્રાઇવિંગ ટ્રેનિંગ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
Driving training will be provided exclusively in designated school training vehicles. Training will not be provided in the customer's own vehicle.
All lessons are carried out exclusively on our government-approved dual-control training vehicles for learner safety.
RTO ના નિયમ મુજબ શીખવવામાં આવશે.
Training will be conducted strictly per official RTO rules & guidelines.
Coaching follows the official Gujarat Motor Vehicles Department syllabus, including track maneuvers and road traffic laws.
ફુલ ડિટેલ ભરાઈને બ્રાન્ચનો સ્ટેમ્પ લાગ્યા પછી જ રિવર્સ, ઢાળ તથા પાર્કિંગ શીખવવામાં આવશે.
Reverse, incline (dhal), and parking will only be taught after complete details are filled and branch stamped.
Practical lessons for reverse driving, incline/slope control (dhal), and parking will be provided strictly after the complete student details form is filled and verified with the branch stamp.
નિયમોમાં ફેરફાર કરવાનો હક ડ્રાઈવિંગ સ્કૂલના માલિકનો રહેશે.
The driving school management reserves the right to amend rules.
Management reserves all rights to revise operational guidelines, schedules, or vehicle allocations when deemed necessary.
ન્યાય ક્ષેત્ર અમદાવાદ રહેશે.
Legal jurisdiction shall be exclusively Ahmedabad.
Any disputes or official matters shall be subject strictly to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
